Milk products, such as katyk, yogurt, sour cream, clotted cream, cottage cheese, made by private enterprise “Navoiy Fazliddin fayz Baraka” in Navoi city, are popular among customers.
In the workshop, equipped with modern equipment due to the credit of the Navoi regional branch of joint-stock commercial Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank "Uzpromstroybank", 1.5 tons of milk is processed per day. In the future, it’s planned to establish the production of ice cream, and to create new jobs.
