The Open Republican Fencing tournament among juniors up to 17 years held in Bukhara.
The tournament was organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sport Affairs, the Uzbekistan Fencing Federation, Bukhara regional khokimiyat (administration) and a number of other organizations.
In singles competition among fencers the winner was Nodir Muminov from Andijan region. Silver medals were won by Jurabek Jalilov from Tashkent and Jasmina Suvonova from Navoi region. Bronze medal went to Marjona Zubaydullaeva from Bukhara region.
