The case is being investigated by the Chilanzar district court on criminal proceedings, chaired by judge D. Valiyev. As of August 19, 923 victims living in the Tashkent city and the Tashkent region were interrogated.
Officials of the “Avto 60 oy” LLC are accused of counterfeiting, embezzlement, fraud and other crimes.
Taking into account the large number of victims, the Chilanzar district court on criminal proceedings has created a special Telegram channel @jibChilonzorsudi to keep people informed about the details of the case. All victims of the criminal case are asked to subscribe to this Telegram channel.
Starting from August 20, victims living in the Tashkent region are asked to come to the district court building from 10:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Saturday.
It should be noted that officials of the LLC “Avto 60 oy” are accused of misappropriating funds in the amount of 57.4 billion soums received by fraud, belonging to 18,818 citizens.
