Russian company Hydromech will supply dredging vessels with the capacity of 1,600 cubic meters an hour in Uzbekistan.
According to the Russian media, the equipment will be used for cleaning channels in Uzbekistan.
Hydromechanization Plant will produce the products, which will be delivered to Hydromech Montaj (51% - Hydromech and 49% - Government of Uzbekistan).
Hydromech supplied 16 such vessels to Uzbekistan within the programme on updating dredging vessels fleet.
By 2020, Uzbekistan is planning to purchase about 30 similar vessels. At the same time, it is planned to increase localization of production of vessels at the Uzbek plant by 10-15%.
