The National Agency for Project Management (NAPM) has worked out a draft Concept for “E-government” development and its implementation mechanism.
According to Norma, the document envisages improving the “E-government” system by identifying problems in the field, defining its main objectives and priorities for development.
The draft Concept includes the issues of ensuring transparency and e-participation of the public, information security, forming trustworthy relations.
The “Roadmaps”, which are annually developed to define the quality and efficiency of the Concept and its implementation, are assessed by the achievement of major indicators.
