Khusniddin Pulatov becomes WBA ASIA Super Welterweight Champion
On Sept. 15, a professional boxing event in Yong-In city, the Republic of Korea, was held.
In the WBA ASIA Super Welterweight title match our compatriot Khusniddin Pulatov sparred with Sahlan Coral of Indonesia, the press service of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
The Uzbek boxer dictated the tempo and knocked out his opponent in the sixth round of the scheduled twelve-round battle, winning the WBA ASIA Super Welterweight belt.
The match was the 14th professional contest for Khusniddin. Prior to this he had won 10 of his battles (5 KOs) and suffered defeat in 3 of them. Sahlan Coral, on the other hand, had 17 victories and 7 defeats to his name in 24 fights.
