Vehicles of citizens who unloaded garbage twice in an unspecified area in Tashkent being confiscating
A citizen who, having thrown garbage in an unspecified place on a ZIL truck, was fined 1 million 650 thousand soums, he committed a similar offense again a few days later. According to the Administrative Responsibility Code, in such cases the offender’s vehicle will be confiscated.

In the Tashkent region, construction waste was dumped on the bank of a river flowing through the Qorasaray mahalla. The situation was recorded by a surveillance camera installed in one of the houses in the area.
During the investigation conducted by employees of the of Tashkent Regional Ecological Department, it turned out that citizen A.T., living in this mahalla, dumped construction waste in an unspecified place on a ZIL truck.
According to the report, A.T. has previously committed such an offense. On September 7, he was brought to administrative responsibility and fined 1 million 650 thousand soums. It is reported that 8 days later the citizen committed a second offense.
According to the Ministry of Environment, according to Article 91(1) of the Administrative Responsibility Code (discharge of solid household and construction waste in undesignated places, as well as discharge of liquid household waste), if the offense is repeated within one year after the administrative penalty applied, the instrument of the offense will be confiscated .
Based on this, the truck of A.T. was placed in an impound lot for temporary storage. Documents about the offense will be sent to the court.
