Passenger bus en route Almaty-Tashkent catches fire in Kazakhstan
29 passengers got off the bus on their own before firefighters arrived at the scene.

A passenger bus caught fire on the Almaty-Tashkent highway of Jambil region.
According to the Ministry of Emergencies of Kazakhstan, 29 passengers got off the bus independently prior to firefighters’ arrival.
It is noted that the fire is now extinguished.
No casualties have been reported. The initial cause of the fire is a short circuit in the electrical wiring.
9 personnel and equipment were involved to eliminate emergency situations.
