According to the CEC, five political parties have met the necessary requirements and have been authorized to contest in the elections. These parties are:
The Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businesspeople — Liberal Democratic Party
The "Milliy Tiklanish" (National Revival) Democratic Party
The Ecological Party
The People's Democratic Party
The "Adolat" (Justice) Social Democratic Party
In compliance with Article 69 of the Election Code, the order in which these political parties will appear on the ballot will correspond to the sequence in which their applications were received and approved by the CEC. This sequence will also dictate the arrangement of party names and symbols on the election ballots for both the Legislative Chamber and local councils.
The CEC has ensured that this process aligns with the principles of transparency and fairness, as each party is given an equal opportunity to represent its platform to the electorate.
