The new route will link Ras Al Khaimah International Airport with Tashkent’s Islam Karimov International Airport, further expanding Air Arabia’s growing network in the region.
Air Arabia Group CEO Adel Al Ali expressed excitement about the addition, stating: “We are pleased to announce the launch of direct flights to Uzbekistan’s capital, Tashkent, further expanding our network from Ras Al Khaimah. This new route reflects our commitment to enhancing our travel offerings and providing passengers with reliable and affordable air travel options.”
With this addition, Air Arabia now serves a total of eight destinations from Ras Al Khaimah, including Cairo (Egypt), Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar (Pakistan), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Calicut (India), and Moscow (Russia). In addition to the Ras Al Khaimah route, the airline already operates direct flights to Tashkent from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
The new route is expected to bolster connectivity between the UAE and Uzbekistan, enhancing travel opportunities for both tourists and business travelers while contributing to regional tourism and economic growth.
