Aeroflot plane makes emergency landing at Tashkent airport
An Aeroflot airline plane was forced to make an emergency landing due to a passenger's health deteriorating.

A Boeing 737 aircraft of Russia's Aeroflot airline, operating flight SU1971 on the Fergana–Moscow route, made an emergency landing at Tashkent airport. The reason for the diversion was the poor health of one of the passengers. The crew decided to proceed to the nearest alternate airport.
The plane landed in the capital at 22:11 local time. After the passenger, a woman born in 1954, and her luggage were offloaded, she was hospitalized at a medical facility in Tashkent with a suspected stroke.
The plane departed for Moscow at 23:02 Tashkent time.
