Tax Committee ranked as the least effective organization in business inspections

The Business Ombudsman assessed the effectiveness of inspections by 43 state organizations in the entrepreneurship sector, rating 10 organizations as "good," 7 as "satisfactory," and 26 as "unsatisfactory." Among the lowest-rated were the Tax Committee (-45 points), the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency (-40 points), and the Construction Inspection (-35 points). 

The evaluation focused on the performance of government agencies and organizations in overseeing state control over entrepreneurship activities.

The highest rating went to the Accounting Chamber (95 points), followed by the Committee on Religious Affairs (90 points) and the Civil Aviation Agency (90 points). Overall, the activities of 10 regulatory bodies were rated as "good."

Seven state organizations were rated as "satisfactory," including the Central Bank, the Customs Committee, and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

However, the Tax Committee (-45 points), the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency (-40 points), and the Construction Inspection (-35 points) recorded the poorest scores for their business inspection effectiveness, with their activities rated negatively.

Additionally, the performance of 9 ministries—including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Poverty Reduction, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Ministry of Ecology—was also deemed "unsatisfactory."
