Waste disposal tariffs in the Tashkent region nearly double
The unified tariff for the collection and disposal of solid and liquid household waste in the Tashkent region has almost doubled for individuals, while the tariff for legal entities has increased by 1.2 times. These new tariffs were approved by the session of the Council of People’s Deputies to regulate waste disposal services in the region.

In the following cities and districts of the Tashkent region, the fee for individuals (residents) has been set at 7,840 UZS (including VAT), while for legal entities, it is 82,880 UZS (including VAT) per 1 m³: — Cities: Nurafshon, Akhangaran, Almalyk, Angren, Chirchik, and Yangiyul; — Districts: Tashkent, Zangiata, Akhangaran, Yukori-Chirchik, Urta-Chirchik, Kuyi-Chirchik, Parkent, Bostanlyk, Qibray, Chinaz, and Yangiyul.
Since 2023, the monthly tariff for waste collection and disposal was 4,400 UZS for individuals and 61,000 UZS for legal entities (excluding VAT).
These new tariffs apply to the state unitary enterprise Toza Hudud of the Tashkent region, as well as to the following sanitary and cleaning companies: LLC “Angren Bunyod Fayz,” LLC “Nurli yo‘l marvaridi,” LLC “Ohangaron sanitariya tozalash,” LLC “Rahnamo Servis,” and LLC “Zero-Waste.”
It is noted that these tariff adjustments aim to improve the quality of sanitation services and create new job opportunities.
