President Mirziyoyev discusses direct air travel with Kuwait’s foreign minister

Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya in Kuwait City, where they discussed ongoing political dialogue and the expansion of trade, economic, and investment cooperation, as part of agreements made during this historic visit.
The decision to strengthen comprehensive partnership relations between Uzbekistan and Kuwait at the highest level was welcomed with great satisfaction.
The importance of organizing regular consultations between foreign policy agencies and joint preparations for the upcoming "Central Asia - GCC" summit in Samarkand was emphasized.
The signing of a new cooperation program with the Kuwait Arab Economic Development Fund was highly praised.
Special attention was given to advancing initiatives in food security, industrial cooperation, infrastructure, tourism, and other sectors, as well as establishing direct air travel between the two countries.
