National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) has submitted papers to a tender for oil and gas exploration projects in Uzbekistan, Director of special projects of the NIDC Hamid Bord said.
Bord underlined in the current situation, given the falling oil prices, many oil and gas exploration projects in different countries especially the Middle East have been shut down or their implementation has been postponed. meanwhile, we seek to make tenders at an international level in various countries particularly in countries of Central Asia and certain Persian Gulf states.
The official said that NIDC’s office in Uzbekistan has been established to have more active participation in tender invitations of the Central Asian country, Mehr News Agency reported.
