Ilgizar Sobirov was appointed Chairman of the Chilanzar district criminal court

Ilgizar Sobirov, former khokim of Khorezm region, has been appointed Chairman of the Chilanzar district criminal court, kun.uz correspondent reports.

He was introduced as the head of the court at the opening ceremony of the court’s new building on 29 September 2018.

It should be noted that Mr. Sobirov was relieved of his duties as khokim of Khorezm region in April this year.

During the course of his professional career, Ilgizar Sobirov served as Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis from 2006 to 2015. Then he worked as the head of the Khorezm regional justice department and later khokim of the region.
