Turkish Ozun Insaat Yatirim Danismanlik becomes the main investor of the project Olmazor City which is estimated at $130 million 

Earlier, it was reported that Olmazor City will be built in Tashkent. The complex will be located on a block, which will occupy more than 24 hectares of land between the street Yangi Olmazor and the Small Ring Road. 
 
It is planned to build here office buildings, apartment buildings, a modern business center, a hotel and alleys, educational and medical institutions. 
 
The construction of the complex was estimated at $130 million. A recreational park is planned to be created on 8 hectares of the block. 
 
The main investor of the project is the Turkish company Ozun Insaat Yatirim Danismanlik.
