Uzbekistan to develop 38 draft laws in 2019
A government decree approved a program to develop and submit draft laws to the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis for 2019. This is reported in the telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice.
In accordance with the decree, the Ministry of Justice is entrusted with the task of monitoring the progress of this program.
In 2019, 38 draft laws are planned to be developed, of which 15 are related to the introduction of amendments and addenda to existing legislation.
In particular, according to the document, in 2019 it is planned to work out and submit to the government draft laws “On currency regulation”, “On local government”, “On compulsory health insurance”, “On citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and others.
