Uzbekistan to create reserves for emergency situations
The government of Uzbekistan approved the “Regulations on procedure for creating, using and restoring reserves of financial and material resources for emergency situations,” the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice reports.
According to the document, reserves of financial and material resources for emergency situations should be created in advance by ministries, departments, the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, administrations of regions and Tashkent city, as well as other organizations. These resources will be urgently attracted in case of emergency.
Departmental reserves of material resources will be created to eliminate emergency situations, designed to ensure the living conditions of more than 500 people. Local reserves of financial and material resources will also appear in the amount of not less than a thousand, but not more than five thousand minimum monthly wages to eliminate local emergencies and provide living conditions for more than 100 people, but not more than 500 people.
To eliminate local emergencies and ensure the living conditions of no more than 100 people, object reserves of material resources will be created.
Object reserves of material resources will necessarily appear in organizations classified as civil protection and other organizations dealing with hazardous production facilities.
Material resources from reserves are allowed to spend for elimination of an emergency situation and hazards arising from hostilities or as a result of these actions.
