Otabek Umarov: Tinting car windows does not pose any problem to ensuring security

Otabek Umarov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Security Service, on his Instagram page, expressed his opinion on tinting.

“Many people turn to me on this issue. I decided to express my opinion, as some attribute it to security matters. Tinting is becoming an issue of concern, especially considering the hot weather. We have already given our conclusions and opinions on the matter. Currently, the relevant departments are studying foreign experience,” he said.

Otabek Umarov stressed that tinting the car does not pose any problem to ensuring security.

It should be noted that many bloggers, media representatives and public are actively discussing the law regarding tinting. Many say that though tinting is allowed, permission certificate is very expensive.
