Body of a dead man chained to steering wheel of a car found in canal
A dead body chained to the steering wheel was found when the submerged car was taken out from one of the canals in the Khorezm region.

To remind, there was some information on social media earlier that a car was found in Shovot canal. There was a body of a man who was chained to the steering wheel inside of the car.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, on April 17 the law enforcement agencies of the Khorezm region initiated criminal proceedings under Article 97 of the Criminal Code, as the man was reported to disappear on March 27.
Later, the body of the man was found from a nearby canal chained around his neck to the steering wheel of a Tico car.
“A forensic examination has been ordered to determine the cause of death. The investigation continues,” the press service of the supervisory agency concluded.
