Individuals may be allowed to provide taxi services from January 1
The draft presidential decree “On measures to sharply reduce the shadow economy” has been published for public discussion.
According to the document, from January 1, 2021, individuals will be allowed to provide taxi service as self-employed on passenger vehicles with seats for not more than 5 persons.
Income received by self-employed persons who provide taxi services through mobile applications is subject to taxation.
