Strong wind damages power lines in regions
Ministry of Energy warned on individual cases of power outages due to increased wind speed in the regions of the country.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the period between March 18 and 20, an increase in wind speed is observed in Uzbekistan, including a significant one from 17-22 m/s to 23-28 m/s.

Such a sharp increase in wind speed, among other problems, damages high and low voltage power lines in the regions of the country.
As a result of this natural phenomenon, in some areas there are power outages caused by the disruption of the operating mode of individual power lines due to strong wind currents.

Currently, special teams are working to eliminate these problems.
