The importance of further promotion of priority projects in the field of trade, industry, agriculture, transport and logistics, tourism, joint programs in the cultural-humanitarian sphere was emphasized,” the report said.

They also exchanged views on the regional agenda, primarily in the context of the aggravation of the situation in Afghanistan.

In addition, the schedule of upcoming bilateral and multilateral events was considered, including the holding of the next consultative meeting of the heads of state of Central Asia, the honorary chairman of which is the first president of Kazakhstan.
