Uzbekistan increases electric car imports

In January-July 2021, Uzbekistan imported 432 electric vehicles. This is 364 units more compared to the corresponding period of last year.
 
Major exporters of electric cars to Uzbekistan during the reporting period:

• Turkey – 24
• USA – 6
• South Korea – 5
• Germany – 4 
• Lithuania – 1 
• Spain – 1
• Russia – 1
• Hong Kong – 1
• UAE – 1

Reportedly, $7.7 million was spent on the import of electric cars in January-July 2021.
