Kun.uz traditionally recalls some of the changes that will occur in the legislation of Uzbekistan from September 1, 2021.
Salaries, pensions, stipends and allowances will be increased.
From September 1, 2021, in accordance with the presidential decree, the amount of minimum pensions and allowances in Uzbekistan will be increased.
According to the decree:
- minimum payout for labor (MPL) will be 822,000 soums per month;
- base calculating amount (BCA) – 270,000 soums per month;
- calculating pension indicator (CPI) – 289,000 soums per month;
- age pension – 565,000 soums per month;
- allowance for children with disabilities - 622,000 soums per month;
- allowance for elderly and disabled citizens who do not have the required work experience – 440,000 soums per month;
- minimum amount of pension when the length of service is incomplete, taking into account additional payment – 440,000 soums per month;
- age and disability pensions for persons receiving pensions in the amount from the established minimum age pension to 623,000 soums – 623,000 soums per month.
The procedure for requesting a number of documents from drivers will be abolished.
Individual taxi drivers operate only using the services of aggregators.
Part of the cost of a foreign language exam, travel ticket and work visa for citizens going to work abroad will be reimbursed.
Comprehensive public services related to birth registration will be provided throughout the country.
Entrepreneurs who export flowers will be reimbursed half of the cost.
Attestation of teachers is carried out throughout the year.
The authority to award academic titles and degrees will be transferred to the prestigious higher education institutions of the republic.
Motor vehicles of individuals will be subject to mandatory technical inspection on mobile technical control lines.
Transportation services of products sold at the exchange by organizations with state participation will be carried out only by electronic auction.
Only highly educated people will be admitted to the positions of sergeants of the internal affairs bodies.
The requirement for non-governmental educational institutions, which carry out distance learning, to have a building will be abolished.
The schools with the best results in foreign language teaching will be awarded the Presidential Prize.

No fee is charged from individuals and legal entities for the auction of objects on the E-auksion platform.
