It is noted that the applicants who have filed an appeal will be notified with the date and time of its consideration. The entrant must come to the State Testing Center at the time specified in the notification with an ID, notification and permission of the entrant.

The entrant, whose appeal is considered, will be given a copy of his answer sheet, a list of incorrect answers and a book of test assignments presented to the applicant in the test.

On the basis of the submitted documents, the entrant shall state his answers in written form to each test task that he considers it incorrect. Finally, he will submit it to the Appeals Commission together with all the test materials received.

The appeal is considered by the Appeals Commission only in the presence of the applicant, on the basis of his written answers.

If the applicant’s written answers are not confirmed, the Appeals Commission will decide to leave the test results unchanged and to refuse to satisfy the appeal.

When the applicant applies, he will be given an extract from the decision on his appeal. If the entrant’s answer sheet, test booklet is not delivered to the State Testing Center in the prescribed manner, if it is torn, if the entrant was excluded from the test or if he does not state his answers in written form, then such appeals will not be considered.

Information on the decision of the Appeals Commission shall be submitted to the State Commission on Admission to Educational Institutions of Uzbekistan within five working days after the completion of the consideration of appeals.

The decision of the Appeals Commission comes into force after approval by the State Commission on Admission to Educational Institutions of Uzbekistan.
