Uzbekistan’s polyethylene exports drop
According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-October 2021, Uzbekistan exported 240.2 thousand tons of polyethylene to 24 foreign countries for $246.3 million.

The export of polyethylene decreased by 58.4 thousand tons compared to the same period last year, the committee noted.
In the first 10 months of 2021, Uzbekistan exported polyethylene mainly to:
- Turkey - 66.6 thousand tons
- Russia - 48.7 thousand tons
- China - 43 thousand tons
- Latvia - 28 thousand tons
- Kazakhstan - 23 thousand tons
- Ukraine - 16 thousand tons
