“Qulay Pul” LLC registered in Uzbekistan as UZCARD and HUMO payment systems’ new competitor
In Uzbekistan, the third payment system has been registered, Uznews.uz reports referring to the CB press service.

It was noted that on November 27, the Central Bank issued a license to LLC “Qulay Pul”. The company will be the third payment system after the Single Republican Processing Center (UZCARD system) and the National Interbank Processing Center (HUMO system).
According to the United Fintech website, the payment system will work with banks and payment institutions to develop new infrastructural fintex solutions in the field of remittances and payments.
The service is scheduled to be launched in the first quarter of 2022.
