Uzbekistan increases EV imports
In January-February 2022, Uzbekistan imported 228 electric vehicles from six countries for $5.9 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, electric car imports increased by 150 compared to the corresponding period of 2021.
During the reporting period, the republic imported EVs mainly from the following countries:
- China - 216
- Hong Kong - 5
- Germany - 3
- Estonia - 2
- UAE - 1
- Kyrgyzstan - 1
