Senate to convene on April 28

 At the plenary session, the following laws will be discussed:

•  On postal services;
•  On the supply of drinking water and sewage;
•  On security activities;
•  On international commercial arbitration;
•  On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
•  On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the management system of apartment houses.

In addition, it is planned to consider other law “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the legislation on weapons” and others.

Senators will also discuss the report of the Cabinet of Ministers on the results of the implementation of the state program for the implementation of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026 in the "Year of Human Dignity and Active Mahalla” in the first quarter of 2022.

The plenary session will hear reports on the activities of the Accounts Chamber, the Central Bank and the Prosecutor General in 2021, as well as the activities of the National Commission on Children’s Affairs over the past period.

In addition, Deputy PM Shukhrat Ganiyev will report on the state of guaranteeing the activities of farms.

In addition, senators will hear a report of the regional khokim of Andijan on the work to provide comprehensive support to people in need of social protection, increase their incomes and reduce poverty.
