The law provides for the provision of comprehensive legal regulation of the state civil service, including the process of an independent competition of candidates.
In addition, the law defines the main powers of state bodies in the regulation of the state civil service.
It is reported that the law creates a legal basis for the prevention of corruption offenses in the civil service, that is, it clearly establishes that the activities of civil servants are evaluated on the basis of the most important performance indicators (KPI).
It is noted that with the adoption of the law, the legal framework for regulating the sphere of public service will be created. The law also contributes to a further increase in the responsibility of civil servants, determining their category, status, skill level, payment of bonuses, and comprehensive support.
