Two judges face criminal charges in Tashkent
According to the source of Kun.uz, they are suspected of settling cases on illegally occupied land plots in favor of interested parties.

Judge of Tashkent city court on economic affairs H.I (woman) and judge of Tashkent interdistrict economic court H.I. (man) are facing criminal charges.
Both judges issued rulings in favor of the interested parties in cases related to determining the ownership of illegally occupied land plots.
According to the press secretary of the Supreme Council of Judges, Tursunali Akbarov, the powers of these judges were terminated 2 months ago by the decision of the council due to the mistakes and shortcomings in their work.
“The council does not have information about criminal cases against judges. It would be appropriate to get a comment from the Prosecutor General’s Office on this issue,” says Akbarov.
