Central Bank announces a special scholarship for students
This scholarship is determined in the amount of not less than 900 thousand soums. Students who win the scholarship will be employed in the banking system at their own discretion and will be sent to study abroad.
The Central Bank has announced a special scholarship competition for undergraduate and graduate students studying at one of the following higher education institutions:
— Westminster International University in Tashkent;
— Singapore Management Development Institute in Tashkent;
— Tashkent State University of Economics;
— Tashkent Institute of Finance;
— University of World Economy and Diplomacy;
— INHA University in Tashkent;
— National University of Uzbekistan
The scholarship of the Central Bank is determined in an amount not less than 3 times the BCA.
The main criteria are as follows:
— To have a high rating in the educational process (according to the results of the last semester);
— Those who have a language certificate (IELTS 6.5 or above) are exempted from the English language test.
All documents should be submitted to the rectorate of the university or institute where the student is studying by September 9, 2022.
It is noted that scholarship holders will be employed in the banking system after graduating from higher education institutions.
After completing the bachelor’s degree, in the case of employment at the Central Bank, they may be sent abroad for exchange of experience at relevant international financial institutions and to study for master’s degree or Ph.D.
