Recep Tayyip Erdoğan receives Sardor Umurzakov in Ankara
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received the head of the presidential administration of Uzbekistan, Sardor Umurzakov, the press office of the President of Turkey reported.
According to Anadolu edition, the meeting was held at the presidential complex in Ankara closed to the press.
The only source of information about the activities of the administration is the official website of the President of Uzbekistan. There is no information about Sardor Umurzakov’s visit to Turkey.
According to Haberturk, on October 25, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the “My first home, my first workplace” project in the Sincan district of Ankara.
It is noted that the head of the presidential administration of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov also took part in the ceremony.
Earlier, Erdoğan announced the construction of hundreds of thousands of new residential buildings in Turkey. The social project was named “My first home, my first workplace”.
According to the project, the authorities intend to build new residential buildings and create new jobs. On October 25, the construction of more than 5 thousand houses has begun. This is the first stage of the project implementation.
During his speech, the Turkish President reminded residents of housing problems, urbanization, earthquake and other natural phenomena. He stressed that the authorities are obliged to pay special attention to the housing issue.
According to him, 6 million Turkish citizens will have safe homes, and jobs will be created for half a million people.
