Drilling of the following new wells is in preparatory phase:
• Khudjum-5
• Khudjum-6
•  Talimarjon-7
•  Nazarkuduk-5

Aside drilling, EDC undertakes operations to increase production from low pressure wells and nearly depleted fields using modern methods. The works are underway at the following wells:
•  Ayzavat-6
•  Kirkkuloch-5
• Talimarjon-4 and 11
• Girsan-1
•  Izgancha-3
•  Yangiarik-1
• Chigil-2, 4 and 5
• Nazarkuduk-2 and 10
•  Khudjum-2

EDC also contributes to gas pipeline infrastructure development.

Brief summary for December 2022:
•  Drilling of 9 wells in progress, total 2,763 m drilled;
•  Eight wells under workover, 6 workovers completed;
•  Hydraulic fracturing at 2 wells;
• Construction of 426x16 mm flowline from Nazarkuduk GP (3rd km point) to Nazarkuduk-14 well, 14 km laid.

The operations in Kashkadarya region involve:
•  9 drilling rigs and 8 mobile units, 389 t of diesel used. Three more drilling rigs can be used upon availability of funds;
• 201 units of machinery and vehicles, 186 t of diesel used;
•  2,236 workers and 486 engineering and tech staff.
