Military enlistment office head detained while taking $600 in bribe

A criminal case has been initiated against the head of the regional department for defense affairs.

In the course of an operational event carried out by employees of the Tashkent city department of the State Security Service and the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the head of the district defense department was detained while taking a bribe.

The detainee promised the citizen to issue a military ID for $600. He was caught red-handed while receiving the money.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 210 of the Criminal Code, the suspect was taken into custody.
