Native of Uzbekistan elected as a deputy in Japan
Orzugul Bobokhodjayeva became a deputy of one of the 23 districts of Tokyo.

37-year-old native of Uzbekistan Orzugul Bobokhodjayeva was elected as a deputy of the Setagaya district assembly in Tokyo (Japan). She announced this on her Facebook page.
Orzugul Bobokhodjaeva was elected from the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan.
On April 23, the final stage of the elections took place, where the Uzbek woman won 6,771 votes.
For information, Setagaya is the most populous and the second largest among the 23 districts of Tokyo.
