Uzbekistan imported more than 10 thousand passenger cars from abroad over three months
In January-March 2023, Uzbekistan imported 10,489 passenger cars worth $283.7 million from 19 foreign countries.
According to the Statistics Agency, the import of passenger cars increased by 1,981 compared to the corresponding period of last year.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan imported cars mainly from the following countries:
- China - 6,007
- South Korea - 3,643
- USA - 460
- Hong Kong - 187
- Japan - 81
- Germany - 59
- Austria - 14
- UAE - 13
