Chinese Tongwei Solar to supply 300 MW photo panels to Uzbekistan
The modules are planned to be installed on the roofs of buildings of social facilities and government agencies.

“Yashil Energiya” company found a supplier of solar panels to implement a program to introduce renewable energy sources, the Ministry of Energy reported.
The head of the state-owned company signed a contract with the Chinese Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd. As part of the agreement, it is planned to supply small photovoltaic modules with a total capacity of up to 300 MW.
The modules will be installed on buildings and structures of social facilities, government agencies and other organizations. As previously reported, this year it is planned to install 220 MW photo panels at these facilities – approximately 13% of the total plan.
For information, “Yashil Energiya” LLC was established in accordance with the presidential decree to implement this program. The company received the right to rent the area on the roofs of buildings for RES devices free of charge, as well as to conclude direct contracts for the purchase of devices with manufacturers.
