According to the statement of the regional DIA to which Giyasov belongs, after the parties quarreled, Ulugbek Juraeyv hit O.Z. with a sharp object on the right chest and injured him. As a result, the victim died on the spot.
Thhe Kokand city emergency center reported that the victim had already died when he was brought to the hospital with stab wounds penetrating the front of the right chest.
In the statement of the regional prosecutor's office, it is noted that the scene of the incident was inspected by the investigative team led by the district prosecutor with the participation of experts and physical evidence was obtained.
In connection with the situation, a criminal case was initiated by the Dangara district prosecutor's office under Article 97-1 (Deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code. At the moment, the investigation is being carried out by the regional prosecutor's office.
The son of Jurayev Ulugbek, who is suspected in the death of a 25-year-old man, is wanted.
