Uzbekistan increases EV imports
Imports of electric vehicles increased by almost 4 times compared to the same period last year.

According to the Statistics Agency, in January-May 2023, Uzbekistan imported 3,816 electric vehicles from 10 foreign countries for $120 million.
Imports of electric vehicles increased by 2,846 compared to Jan-May 2022.
In April alone, the republic imported 876 electric vehicles from foreign countries.
