Russia to open Consulate General in Samarkand
A relevant document was signed on October 6 in Moscow.
The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of Russia Vladimir Putin adopted a joint statement on the deepening of wide-scale strategic partnership and alliance relations.
According to the statement, Russia will open a Consulate General in Samarkand.
The parties said the establishment of a Consulate General will help strengthen bilateral relations in all areas of cooperation.
