Chinese companies intend to introduce “smart city” system in Fergana
The project includes directions such as “smart transport”, “smart energy system”, “smart water and gas supply”.
The governor of Fergana region, Khayrulla Bozorov, received the representatives of the Chinese companies Chengdu Shiny Technology and Zhiyuanhui Information Technology.
At the meeting, issues of cooperation on the introduction of “Smart City” technologies were discussed in Fergana.
During a practical visit to China in September of this year, the delegation of Fergana region headed by regional governor Khayrulla Bozorov held talks with the leaders of Zhiyuanhui Information Technology Company and reached a preliminary agreement on this project.
The introduction of this project, which includes “smart transport”, “smart energy system”, “smart water and gas supply” and many other directions, will increase the efficiency of regional management by forming a single digital environment, and will provide an opportunity for integrated management. The integration of all utility systems into “smart technologies” will ensure further growth as services.
Representatives of the Chinese delegation will visit a number of relevant organizations in the region and hold meetings. Based on the results of these meetings, it is planned to develop the technical conditions of the project and move to the practical stage.
