Uzbek textile workers sign contracts with importers worth more than $20 million in Warsaw
The delegation of Uzbekistan, consisting of representatives of the Uztuqimachiliksanoat association and textile enterprises of Uzbekistan, took part in the annual international textile exhibition “Fast Textile 2023”, held at the largest exhibition center “Ptak Warsaw Expo” in Warsaw.

This year, more than 600 companies from 45 countries took part in the event. Our country presented its products at a national stand “Made in Uzbekistan” with an area of 400 square meters.
It has been repeatedly noted that demand for Uzbek textile products is rapidly growing in Poland. Today, almost half of textile products exported to EU countries come from Poland. According to preliminary estimates, during the exhibition, Uzbek textile companies signed export contracts worth more than $20 million.
During the visit, the Uzbek delegation took part in a number of events, including a business forum at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Warsaw, the opening of an Uzbek textile store in the city of Lodz and others.
