Payments on property taxes for legal entities to increase from 2024
The minimum fee per square meter in Tashkent will increase to 3 million soums.

Starting from 2024, payments for the property tax of legal entities will increase, the UzA news agency reported with reference to the Ministry of Economics and Finance.
From January 1, the minimum fee per square meter will be indexed while maintaining the property tax rate for legal entities at 1.5%.
New property tax fees depending on region:
• Tashkent - 3 million soums (now - 2.5 million soums);
• Nukus and other regional centers - 2 million soums (1.5 million soums);
• other cities and villages - 1.2 million soums (1 million soums).
By a presidential order, from September 1, reporting on taxes on property and land for entrepreneurs is compiled by assigned tax authorities. Starting next year, tax documentation for small businesses and farmers is planned to be transferred to electronic format.
