Prosecutor’s office initiated over 1,000 criminal cases related to illegal connection to electricity network
1,037 crimes and 41,500 administrative cases were initiated by the prosecutor’s office in connection with illegal connection to the electricity network. Khayot Shamsuddinov, head of the PGO information service, reported.
As a result of control inspections related to the leasing of land plots of the Forest Fund, 24 criminal, 61 administrative and 39 disciplinary cases were initiated, 126 claims were submitted to courts, and 38 submissions were made to enterprises and organizations.
In 24 thousand 79 cases, illegal interference in business activities and bureaucratic obstacles were identified and eliminated, the violated rights of 11 thousand 905 entrepreneurs were restored.
During the monitoring, a total of 1 thousand 78 critical materials requiring the intervention of the prosecutor's office were identified. All of them have been reviewed, and appropriate responses and statements have been made.
Criminal cases were initiated in connection with 34 gross violations of the law.
