Chinese company plans to establish A+ class warehouses in Uzbekistan

Shenzhen Neptune Logistics aims to construct a logistics center in Uzbekistan, with an investment ranging from $10 to $15 million.

Shenzhen Neptune Logistics Co. Ltd. is planning to launch new joint projects in the field of freight transportation in Uzbekistan, as reported by "Uztemiryulkonteyner".

Akmal Kamalov, the acting head of the state company, recently met with Nancy Tan, the Commercial Director of the Chinese firm. The meeting focused on the development of international transport corridors and the enhancement of the quality of logistics services.

In particular, the parties discussed the joint use of logistics capacities owned by the subsidiary structure of Uzbekistan Railways, as well as the utilization of wagon and container fleets. Both sides expressed their intention to jointly provide distribution services.

Shenzhen Neptune Logistics presented proposals to create modern A+ class warehouses in Uzbekistan. Nancy Tan conveyed the company's plans to invest $10 to $15 million in the construction of a transport and logistics center.

The participants of the meeting discussed opportunities for collaboration in organizing container transfers along the multimodal route “China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan”. There is an intention to deliver cargo from Chinese provinces such as Xi'an, Chengdu, and Shenzhen to Türkiye and EU countries.
