Uzbekistan, Qatar strengthen cooperation in field of diplomatic training

At the meeting, it was emphasized that relations between the two countries are rapidly developing, and the importance of establishing cooperation in the field of education was noted.

The parties discussed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Diplomatic Academy of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar in the field of diplomatic training and education.

Following the visit, an agreement was reached to work out the issue of the visit of the UWED delegation to Qatar. The parties also agreed to organize training courses and allocate quotas for UWED students and teachers.
