Uzbekistan increases export of textile products

This figure accounts for 14.3% of the total exports, marking a 3% increase compared to the same period last year. 

The exported textile products mainly consisted of finished textile goods (37.4%), and yarn (47.7%). 

During January and February of 2024, Uzbekistan exported 496 types of textile products to 52 countries around the world.

The composition of textiles exported included:

Yarn – $247.8 million
Finished textiles – $194.4 million
Knitted fabric – $42.8 million
Fabrics – $26.8 million
Hosiery – $7.7 million
